Many of us used to think Vancouver was a no-fun city. Take it from us – that’s just not true anymore. But on those rainy nights when you feel like staying in, nothing’s better than a couch and a fresh episode of your favourite show lined up on TELUS Optik TV™. With so many channels to choose from, keeping track of what’s on what station can be tough. That’s why every week we bring you our roundup of which shows to mark in your schedule.

Don’t be left out of the water cooler banter this week. Here’s what’s happening on TV from November 23 to November 29.

1. Fargo – Monday November 23, 10 p.m. (FX Canada)

Based on the Coen brothers’ 1996 movie of the same name, Fargo is quickly becoming one of the most popular shows on the schedules. In this week’s episode of the hit FX series Lou and Hank investigate, the king of breakfast visits Betsy and Molly, Floyd is summoned away, and Bear questions a family member’s loyalty.

2. The Voice – Monday November 23, 8 p.m. (CTV)

3. Scream Queens – Tuesday November 24, 9 p.m. (City)

If you’ve been looking for a new drama to sink your teeth into (literally), this is the show for you. This week, Chanel goes to Chad’s family home for Thanksgiving, where she meets his family, and an uninvited guest wreaks havoc. Meanwhile, Dean Munsch gathers the Kappa House survivors for a dinner during which they throw around accusations about who is the actual killer and meantime, another victim falls.

4. Masterchef Junior – Friday November 27, 8 p.m. (CTV)

Feel bad that you can’t cook like those chefs on TV? Well get ready to feel a bit worse. Tune in and watch the tinniest chefs cook the most amazing meals. The 18 remaining cooks split up for their first team challenge of the season, which involves creating a large seven-layer dip, and the group that finishes first is safe from the next elimination challenge. Get inspired and whip up some amazing food for your Friday night in.
