This quintessential West End watering hole serves up Vancouver’s best (and ingenious) Caesars. Made traditionally Canadian-style with vodka and Clamato, then garnished with everything but the kitchen sink. Some Caesars are garnished with burgers, appies, even breakfast. The $60 Checkmate Caesar is a Caesar topped with whole roast chicken, a cheeseburger, a pulled pork slider, a mac and cheese hotdog, onion rings and chicken wings.
