After growing up in their family restaurant, North Vancouver’s Anatoli Souvlaki, brothers Brothers Alexi and Iani Makris have created a beautiful environment in Yaletown where diners can discover delicious delicacies and traditional Greek fare. The menu, which offers a range of salads, small plates (mezze) and entrees, also features a slow-braised shoulder of lamb, Spanakopita, and Moussaka. One of the restaurant’s most popular dishes is the Rabbit Kalamakia: braised rabbit loin with house-made lamb sausage, wrapped in bacon.
