The holiday season is here, and with it comes a new influx of cheesy holiday movies on Netflix for you to enjoy.

For most of these movies, logic and reason is thrown completely out the window, which is part of the reason why we love them.

So, if you’ve had a long day — or even a long decade — give yourself a break by turning off your brain and curling up and watching one of these movies.

You can always go back to the classics after if you need to wash these out of your system.

Here’s a list of the top, over-the-top holiday movies you should definitely binge-watch on Netflix this holiday season.

Let it Snow

When it comes to the ranking of corny Christmas movies, this one is actually top-tier. Written by award-winning author John Green, this adorable movie follows a number of friends on a snowy Christmas Eve in their small town. The movie has a cute message about love and friendship that will leave you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside.

The Princess Switch

This movie is set over the holidays and really requires you to suspend logic and believe that two unrelated women look identical to one another. All of that aside, it’s a movie with all of the things you need to feel good, including romance and a lot of holiday magic.

A Christmas Prince

This film, which now has two follow-ups, started with a Christmas Prince, where a journalist from New York gets catapulted into life as royalty when she’s sent to the fictional country Aldovia to cover a story about the nation’s prince who is set to become king.

She goes undercover as a tutor while trying to get the scoop but ends up stealing the prince’s heart along the way. The two sequels — A Christmas Wedding and A Christmas Baby are equally as corny, but they’re still worth the watch when you’re in need of a brain break.

Almost Christmas

They say nothing says Christmas like family, and this family story will seriously have you laughing throughout the entire film. The death of their mother brings these siblings closer together, and of course, the movie gives you a couple of lessons that feel predictable but are heartwarming at the same time.

A Cinderella Story: Christmas Wish

We know what you’re thinking — no Cinderella Story will ever compare to the 2004 Cinderella Story featuring Hillary Duff and Chad Michael Murray, and you’re right. But this version is like the much cheesier cousin of that movie, given that it takes place during the holidays. If you want to laugh at how absolutely outrageous this film is — and of course,Ā  witness the signature fairytale ending fit for a princess –give this one a watch.

The Holiday Calendar

This movie takes the concept of “holiday magic” to a whole different level, with the romance of two old friends as well as a magical advent calendar (yes, cringey but cute at the same time). Much like most cheesy movies, this story also has a “deep” morale and contains little-to-no logic, but who cares because it’s the holidays and nothing has to make sense!

The Knight Before Christmas

Holiday queen Vanessa Hudgens is back in this corny holiday movie that yet again doesn’t quite make sense but that you’ll still want to finish. It includes time travel, which tells you just about everything you need to know about how outrageous it is. Naturally, it also has a few funny parts and a couple of moments where the day gets saved by the knight in shining armour — literally.

Pop some popcorn, grab a blanket and give yourself a break by diving into the cheesiest and most outrageous films you can find. You know you deserve it.
