BCITMA's marketing conference for students is happening this month

BCIT’s Marketing Association (BCITMA) will be hosting its eighth annual Regional Conference this month, and this edition will include engaging speakers from inspiring organizations from the Greater Vancouver area, and a networking opportunity with like-minded individuals.

With the theme “brand storytelling, connecting people through stories,” the conference is the largest student-led marketing event in BC.

This event kicks off with four sales- and marketing-based competitions with over $2,400 in cash prizes being offered to the first-, second-, and third-place winners.

Students who don’t compete are still able to take part in the social media and digital marketing/SEO workshops.

Denise Withers, and representatives from Destination BC and Ronald McDonald House, will be the three keynote speakers.

The Conference will take place on Saturday, January 25 at the BCIT Downtown Campus from 8:30 am to 3 pm. Tickets are available online.
