One of the province’s most valuable properties, according to the latest BC Assessment values, has been listed for just under $36 million in Whistler.
2982 High Point Dr. was listed earlier this week for $35,895,000.
BC Assessment values the property at $19,290,000, which is uniquely up from last year’s assessed value of $18,902,000. It’s unique because many of the most valuable properties in B.C. saw their assessed values decrease, not increase.
The latest assessment makes the property the 93rd most valuable in all of B.C.
According to Zealty, the previous property was last sold in 2016 for just $2,895,000.
“Perched directly on the ski slope, you step outside and ski away — no shuttles, no carrying gear, no waiting. Just snow beneath your feet and the mountain unfolding in front of you,” the listing says.
According to Zealty, the property was constructed in 2020, and it features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and over 10,000 sq. ft. of living space spread across three storeys. It also features 29,925 sq. ft. of land.
