We’re half way through the summer season and the busiest long weekend in Vancouver, BC Day Long Weekend, is upon us. Nearly a million people will go through downtown Vancouver as the city prepares for the Pride Parade, fireworks and much, much more.

Vancouver Gay Pride 2013 Weekend
Hundreds of thousands of people will take in the weekend full of activities. The main attraction, the pride parade, will draw nearly 600,000 spectators.
Celebration of Light Finale Weekend
The final night on Saturday, August 3 is expected to draw nearly 400,000 people. Get there early and score a great viewing area. There is plenty going on during the day, including the massive JAMCOUVER 2013 skateboarding competition and music festival at Sunset Beach and the Vancouver Street Dance Festival and Robson Square.
