While police officers are known for many things – primarily protecting communities and locking up bad guys – amazing breakdance moves aren’t one of them.
Until now.
While working the night shift in Victoria, two police officers with the Victoria Police Department came across some breakdancers busting a move in Centennial Square.

Constables Mike Russell and Gord Magee decided to have a little fun and show off their own, uh, moves.

Was that the worm? He just did the worm.
Russell’s moves weren’t a whole lot better, but he seemed to put forth a solid effort.
Well, I can’t dance, but that’s never stopped me before! #NightShift #Breakdance #Community @vicpdcanada pic.twitter.com/FlY0etrXgk

Whether or not you liked their moves, it’s nice to see police officers have a little fun while they’re on duty. Nice work, boys, keep it up.
A HUGE S/O to the breakdance crew at Centennial Square tonight for letting us join for some fun. #community #NightShift
