BC CDC flags 19 flights, one bus trip for COVID-19 exposure

The BC Centre for Disease Control has identified 19 more flights with COVID-19 cases on board that have passed through Vancouver International Airport in recent days. One bus trip has also been flagged as having had a virus case on board.

The flights and bus trip were added to the BC CDC’s list of public exposures on March 27 and 28.

The agency is warning travellers who were on the affected flights and bus trip to monitor for symptoms for 14 days.

    • March 19: Air Canada flight 127, Toronto to Vancouver – rows 25 to 30
    • March 19: Air Canada flight 106, Vancouver to Toronto – rows 19 to 25
    • March 19: Air Canada flight 103, Toronto to Vancouver – rows 38 to 44
    • March 19: Harbour Air flight 1127, Vancouver to Nanaimo – rows have not been reported
    • March 20: Air Canada flight 124, Vancouver to Toronto – rows 12 to 14
    • March 20: Air Canada flight 26, Seoul to Vancouver – rows have not been reported
    • March 20: Air Canada flight 8188, Fort St. John to Vancouver – rows 1 to 4
    • March 20: Air Canada flight 8420, Vancouver to Kelowna – rows 1 to 5
    • March 21: Air Canada flight 45, Delhi to Vancouver – rows 12 to 14 and 31 to 35
    • March 21: WestJet flight 164, Vancouver to Edmonton – rows 5 to 11
    • March 22: Bus exposure – Rider Express Transportation, Calgary to Vancouver
    • March 22: Air Canada flight 302, Vancouver to Montreal – rows 31 to 36
    • March 22: WestJet flight 115, Calgary to Vancouver – rows 6 to 12
    • March 22: Air Canada flight 201, Calgary to Vancouver – rows 20 to 26
    • March 22: Air Canada flight 8543, Regina to Vancouver – rows 15 to 21
    • March 23: Air Canada flight 8182, Fort St John to Vancouver – rows 9 to 15
