Struggling to book your B.C. campsite online this morning? You’re not alone.

Outdoor enthusiasts across the province were frustrated this morning as they attempted to log on to the Discover Camping website to book ever popular pitches in provincial parks.
Demand is always high when the booking system first opens as canvas lovers look to scoop up the best spots for spring and summer, but it looks like the rush of campers this morning pushed the website to its limits.
Would-be outdoorsmen here at Vancity Buzz experienced delays of over an hour in an attempt to make a booking for what will probably prove to be a rainy weekend in May, while other users online reported wait times of up to two and a half hours as they attempted to secure their spots.
Needless to say, the campers were anything but happy, and many people turned to social media to vent their frustrations.
