Broissant? Caklava?

Whatever you want to call it, it’s a baklava croissant mashup, and it’s beautiful.

Created in collaboration by Superbaba’s Dallah and the pastry chef at Matchstick Coffee, this new item will be available in limited quantities starting July 7 in Matchstick locations across the city.

Made from Matchstick’s signature croissant dough stuffed with an almond and walnut marzipan filling, this treat is then covered in the floral Superbaba baklava syrup and topped with crushed pistachios.

Each croissant goes for $5 a pop, be sure to try the new creation while you can.
