We’ve been excited to bite into the offerings from new Yaletown bakery Bake49 since it put up its signage in August 2018.
The 1066 Mainland Street street shop’s signature bright yellow branding hinted there were vibrant and good things in store for patrons who went there for a treat, and it definitely wasn’t misleading.

Bake49 boasts a small but stellar menu of Double Fromage Cheesecake, Saporo Style Cheese Tarts, Croquant Choux Crunchy Cream Puffs made with real vanilla, and a layered Tiramisu Soft Serve.
All offerings were developed by owners for this spot, which was years in the making.

Everything is made in-house, including the Double Fromage Cheesecake, which takes two whole days to make and achieve that layered melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
The bakery will be opening for a soft opening on November 7, so be sure to mark your calendar and get down to try it.
