Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 18th is Awareness to Down There-ness Day in support of the BC Cancer Foundation’s Underwear Affair. To celebrate, there will be a launch party at the Forum Public House, 1163 Granville Street, Vancouver from 6PM – 9PM and you’re all invited to drop in!
The party celebrates the launch the 6th annual Underwear Affair. Guests get to enjoy some drinks (the first one is on them!) and an evening devoted to a great cause. Attendees, who register on the spot for the 2012 event, will get a free drink and be entered to win an iPad!
Don’t forget, showing up in your underwear is always encouraged.
The 6th annual Underwear Affair takes place on the evening of July 7, 2012, when hundreds of dedicated men and women will hit the streets to run 10k or walk 5k in the hottest race in Vancouver to raise much needed funds and awareness for cancers below the waist.
Proceeds from the Underwear Affair benefit the BC Cancer Foundation in support of research into cancers such as prostate, colorectal, ovarian, bladder, cervical and testicular, all cancers that are covered by underwear.
