The forecast is in and Fall is officially here which means that hosting dinners and parties are just around the corner as we lead up to the holidays. How many more days until Christmas?!

Region: 2012 South Eastern Australia

Colour: Brilliant golden straw

Bouquet: Lifted tropical and citrus notes

Palate: Fresh and lively with tropical fruit and citrus characters. Well-rounded with good, natural acidity finishing crisp and clean.

Varieties: 88 per cent Chardonnay, 12 per cent Semillon

Colour: Cherry red with purple hues

Bouquet: Lifted aromas of dark berries and plum with hints of spice

Palate: Soft and fruity displaying plum and blackcurrant characters with hints of spice. A well balanced shiraz finishing with fine, lingering tannins

Palate: Soft and velvety in texture, this wine is well balanced with fine lingering tannins

Varieties: 56 per cent Cabernet, 44 per cent Merlot

Alcohol: 12.5 per cent
