Free outdoor holiday festival in Metro Vancouver brings the festive vibes for one-day only

HollyDaze in the Heights is returning to the Austin Heights neighbourhood in Coquitlam on Saturday, Nov. 15, and it’s going to be a grand celebration.
Thee most wonderful block of the year
Live music and performances will rock the signature holiday street festival all day long, where you can shop from almost 100 vendors and dance at the main entertainment stage.
Wander through a winter wonderland of artisan stalls to find the perfect holiday gifts, before you check out the kids’ stage, holiday cookie decorating, ornament crafts, food trucks, face painting, and even an open liquor license arena with site-wide beer and wine.
It’s set to be a full day of activities that’ll please the whole family — even if you didn’t make it to Santa’s Nice List this year.
Bigger and better
HollyDaze first started in 2022 as a small community celebration on LeBleu Ave., but it quickly snowballed into one of the Tri-Cities’ biggest holiday events.
After expanding across the south side of Austin Ave., the holiday festival still needed more room and moved over to Ridgeway Ave. It now transforms the entire 1000 block of Ridgeway into a full evening of twinkling lights, live entertainment, and festive cheer.
Over the years, the event has featured hundreds of vendors and welcomed tens of thousands of attendees — and let’s just say, the 2025 edition is shaping up to be bigger and better!
From the main entertainment stage to the kids’ stage and the open licensed area where you can sip some festive delights, HollyDaze in the Heights is the ultimate way to kick off the season.
