As You Like It at OnQue

Rize designs flexible interiors that let homeowners reconfigure their space whenever they want.

Moving is horrible and so is renovating. Innovative developer Rize Alliance has found the solution to both. Residents of its new OnQue development in Mt. Pleasant will be able to easily alter their homes’ interior layouts to adapt to changing tastes and circumstances.

OnePlusOne moveable partitions designed by Rize Alliance Properties can be arranged to accommodate a living area plus a bedroom, a bedroom and guest room, or a bedroom and office. The system is exclusive to Rize.

“Our formula for success is to avoid formulas,” says Will Lin, CEO of Rize Alliance Properties. “The OnePlusOne system caters to the diversified and ever-changing needs of OnQue homeowners.”

The four-storey 48-residence building at the corner of Quebec and Broadway has been designed by Gair Williamson Architectural / Ankenman Marchand Architects.

The eclectic South Main neighbourhood is filled with some of Vancouver’s hippest shops, eateries and lounges but is also alive with heritage and strong community spirit. Rize is excited to offer residents a mix of this heritage and style at this new residential project

The use of black brick, stone and wood, the integration of local artisan’s work and the structure’s modern steel and glass accents provide a conscious connection both to the community’s roots and to a sophisticated urban sensibility. And because South Main embraces a mosaic of people and cultures – artists, young professionals, couples, families and retirees – OnQue has been designed to address the diverse needs of this emerging community.

The OnQue interiors by Mango Design Co. appeal to a modern sensibility yet capture the essence of “heritage” warmth and elegance with local organic materials that age gracefully and develop a rich patina over time.

With prices starting at $354,900, homes range from 567 to 1,438 square feet. A south-facing roof deck provides stunning city and North Shore mountain views, and there will be four commercial retail units on the ground floor.

Construction is almost complete and show suites will be open for viewing at the beginning for June.
