The Canucks will be without the services of Brandon Prust for the next 4 to 6 weeks, as a result of an ankle injury he suffered against his former team on Tuesday.
Injury update: Brandon Prust's ankle injury is expected to keep him out of the lineup for 4-6 weeks.

Prust has been an effective 4th liner for the Canucks this season, picking up 5 points in 9 games. He has also been good on the penalty kill and isn’t afraid to drop the gloves, picking up 3 fighting majors.
With Prust out of the lineup, it should open up opportunities for some of Vancouver’s young players, notably Jake Virtanen and Brendan Gaunce.
While Prust tries to heal up as quick as possible, you might find him live tweeting Canucks games, as he did on Thursday.
Big county @Jake_Virtanen hugeeeeeeeee hit!!
