Staff, the owner and culinary creator, Raffaele Aiello at Frankie’s Italian Kitchen & bar have been diagnosed with Tort fever. They’ve suddenly started slamming dishes and heating up the kitchen to whip the perfect dish for Canuck fans and in honor of coach John Tortorella. They call it the “Angry Torts “ Aloni Special.

Angry Torts

What is in this spicy veal Torts-aloni dish?

It is house made veal, spinach, ricotta, chilli, sundried tomato cream sauce and parmigiano reggiano.

The inspiration behind these ingredients

  • Pasta filled with enough spinach for instant Popeye strength to rush through the masses and to any locker room in town.
  • The tomato sauce is spicy with chillies to help let off steam and warm up the insides just right before the puck even drops.
  • Recommended drink – Gatorade & vodka (double of course)
