
A province-wide Amber Alert was issued by the Vancouver Police Department (VPD) for a two-year-old boy on Thursday afternoon.
The Amber Alert has now been cancelled, and the child has been located. VPD said that the child was safe and that the suspect had been taken into custody.

Police said that the investigation is ongoing and that no further details would be released.
