In New West, Amazon is hiring an operations manager at one of its fulfillment centres. It’s a full-time role that pays up to $165,200 a year. This position requires three years of experience in employee or performance management. It also requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, or two years of Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE).
There’s also a listing for a senior operations manager in Delta, which takes the potential salary up to $193,900 per year. This position requires a higher level of education, including a degree in engineering, operations, or a related field. An MBA is also preferred.
Another position Amazon was hiring for that seems to be filled now at the New West fulfillment centre was the fulfillment area manager intern role. This job offered a valuable perk, considering the high cost of living in the province. While the job listing doesn’t specify how much, the 10-week position came with a housing allowance.
If you’re working toward a degree in health sciences, business administration, or a related field, you’d qualify for the workplace health and safety specialist position, which pays up to $84,000 per year.
If you hold a bachelor’s degree, Amazon is offering a position for a principal PMT, which is related to its app development, and the salary ranges from $163,200 to $263,200 per year.
Amazon is offering a wide range of well-paying jobs for individuals with degrees in computer science, engineering and mathematics..
