Ginger and mango (gingo, get it?), will drop you off on a private island in your mind with this anti-oxidant flu-fighter.
Let’s rejuvenate, shall we? We teamed up with SoFresh to create this ginger-mango smoothie that also boasts carrot juice, flax, and a pinch of cinnamon.
The Gingo Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups of SoFresh Almond Vanilla
- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Pinch cinnamon
- 2 handfuls of ice
- 4 tbs protein powder
- 2 tbs ground flax
Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend until well-mixed and smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
