La Ruota Pizza is a pizzeria in Kitsilano known for its Neapolitan-style pies. The restaurant has only been open since January 2020 but is already a popular spot on the West 4th dining scene.
Combined with La Ruota’s partner, Pizza Garden, the company has over 11 pizzerias in Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Kitsilano, and Abbotsford, and it’s the fastest-growing group of pizzerias in Vancouver.
La Ruota prides itself on using only the highest quality ingredients, like its pizza crusts made using Italian flour, its tomato sauce using fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, and its meat sourced directly from both the homeland and local BC farms.
The pizzeria has a variety of toppings to choose from, seen in its Capricciosa, Pollo Eccellente, and Prosciutto Fungi options. La Ruota also offers vegan and vegetarian pizzas and the option of a gluten-free cauliflower crust. You can watch your pizza come to life as La Ruota makes each pizza to order in its Italian stone fire oven.
The restaurant’s Kitsilano location currently has pizzas, pasta, wings, salads, and non-alcoholic drinks available for contactless delivery.
