Ginger and Soy is a Chinese restaurant on the North Shore serving traditional Sichuan-Cantonese style cuisine.

The restaurant’s chef has experience working in fine dining hotels in Hong Kong. Ginger and Soy is known for its classic dishes like sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken, and ginger beef as well as Peking duck, fresh live crab, lobster, and tilapia.

Currently, customers can order from an extensive takeout and delivery menu, which includes a range of appetizers like spring rolls, wings, spicy squid, BBQ pork, and lettuce wraps. Customers can also order a range of soups including wonton soup, enoki crab soup, seafood hot and sour soup, and salted pork belly and tofu soup.

There’s also an extensive selection of beef, chicken, pork, and seafood dishes, like its sweet and sour sole blossom, Szechuan pork belly, honey glazed beef, and General Tao’s chicken. The restaurant also caters to vegetarians and has non-alcoholic beverages for order.

Ginger and Soy on the North Shore is currently open for takeout and delivery.
