6:30 pm Update: Drive BC has announced that a single lane of traffic is now open in either direction on the Stanley Park Causeway.
While the curb lanes heading northbound and southbound have been opened to vehicles, the centre lane remains closed as of the 6:27 pm Drive BC tweet.
