Spring is in the air and it’s well past time to stop lazing around and find an activity to get you out of the house. Thanks to the mystical powers of the internet (and websites like Meetup) you can easily find activities, clubs, and social events without even leaving your couch.

If you’ve been looking for people to run with, want a bowling buddy, or you are considering crossing over to officially join Coquitlam’s underground vegan club, then look no further. We’ve scoured the Tri-Cities for the best events and coolest clubs and here’s what we came up with.

Coquitlam Vegan Empowerment Meetup

Has anyone tried soba noddles before!? It’s my latest obsession, with creamy peanut or almond butter sauces mixed with whatever veg I’ve got handy. These 15 Minute Soba Noodle Bowls are fool-proof for an easy, healthy and delicious dinner for 2! The recipe is up on the blog (link in my bio) 🌱👌🏼 local ingredients from @spuddelivers #PureLifeTip of the day: check in with yourself at the end of the day. How do you feel? What from your day was negative/positive? What brought you joy? What didn’t? What are you able to change and what can you not change? What will you do differently tomorrow? Thank you for the amazing chat today Steph @happyandhealthy96 – you are truly a light / angel walking this earth.
