The 5th annual West Coast Christmas Show & Marketplace is quickly approaching on November 30-December 2 at the Tradex Trade & Exhibition Centre (1190 Cornell Street) in Abbotsford. The West Coast Christmas Show is Western Canada’s holiday season show featuring decor, gifts, food, festive workshops, and stage presentations. Discover new ideas and products for shopping, entertaining, and home decorating ideas, 23 days before Christmas.

The show isn’t just about shopping though. This year, the focus is all on the kids with a new Christmas Train Ride (free for kids), make & take models from the Fraser Valley Model Making Club, and the Fraser Valley G Scale steam-operated model train. Listen to carols on the Sounds of the Holidays Stage, and moms and dads can learn from expert chefs like Brian Misko of House of Q Foods and other presenters on the Home for the Holidays Stage or learn how to use cheese in their holiday parties at the Dairy Farmers of Canada cheese seminars.

Charities will compete for a $500 cash prize in the Festival of Trees tree decorating competition, and don’t forget to bring your cameras to see Santa himself! 99 Nursery & Florist will welcome guests with a variety of seasonal home decor items like poinsettia baskets and floral pieces.

Watch out for local and national Select Artisan exhibitors at the show like:

  • Fable Naturals
  • Po Po’s Ponchos
  • Vic & Albie
  • Checkers Premium Fudge
  • Chev Kev Lee
  • Edible Gardens
  • Sweet Thea Cakes
  • Mokajade Design
  • The Loving Spoon
  • The Magpie’s Nest
  • Danes & Divas
  • Anita Studios Pottery
  • Inspyred Creations

Admission is $5 for adults and $4 for seniors if bought online; free for kids 16 and under.
