Someone in Langley, B.C. is Canada’s newest lottery millionaire following last night’s draw, the 6th largest Lotto Max jackpot ever after going unclaimed four consecutive times.
According to BC Lotto’s website, the numerical odds of getting all 7/7 numbers is 1 in 28,633,528. Meanwhile, the odds of winning a $5 free play (3/7) is 1 in 8.1 while a $20 payout is 1 in 76.7. The odds of winning any cash prize is 1 in 36.
The $50-million Lotto Max jackpot plus fifty $1-million MaxMillion lottery closed last night at 6 p.m. The winning numbers are the following:
