What: It’s finally here – stoners Christmas. 4/20 is set to be bigger and better this year as the event that celebrates all things cannabis hits Vancouver once again. This year, organizers are ditching the Art Gallery in favour of Sunset Beach to accommodate all of the 25,000 spectators.
