Opera Warriors

  • What: Performed by Huajin Dance Drama Ensemble of Shanxi Academy of Arts, the large-scale spectacle is brought to life by the award-winning creative team behind the 2008 Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony, and features 40 masterful dancers, elaborate sets, sumptuous costumes, and breathtaking choreography with an original orchestral score.

Pop-Up Comedy Jam at Cafe Deux Soleils

  • What: An improv mixer of epic proportions. Join The Fictionals and special guests from the Vancouver Improv Community for comedy inspired by your ideas. Each show is a brand new experience, so come on down!

Adrienne and the Flights

  • What: Adrienne and the Flights are an upcoming, Vancouver based trio, made up of three musicians whose different backgrounds bring together a unique and exciting mix of music. A wide variety of influences are highly evident in each original piece, sharing distinct melodies and tones. Being acoustically driven, Adrienne and the Flights deliver diverse sounds from a fusion of indie, R&B, jazz and soul.

Ice Skating at Robson Square

  • What: The rink at Robson Square is operated seasonally by the provincial government when the temperatures begin to dip, running from morning into the late evening hours.
