Canadian Immigrant magazine is presenting its signature, free expo for newcomers — the Career, Education & Settlement Fair, on Monday, November 16, 2015, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event at the Vancouver Public Library aims to help newcomers succeed in their chosen home of B.C.

Now counseling and coaching in sex and relationship issues for singles and couples, they will share their knowledge and experiences about taking the leap, the different directions, the difficulties and the numerous rewards.

What: The Life Game is an audacious new experiment in radio. Each evening our guest allows improvisers to act out key moments of their life in front of a live audience. The format was developed to honour the life stories of remarkable people. Originally developed by Keith Johnstone of the Loose Moose Theatre Company in Calgary, the show has toured around the world. The Life Game will air on CBC Radio One in 2016.

What: The launch night of a monthly Stand-Up Comedy show featuring some of the best comedians currently performing on the Vancouver Comedy Scene. It’s a great way to spend a Monday night and it’s guaranteed to be an amazing night of Stand-up comedy so be sure you don’t miss it.
