Surrounded by three lakes — Kalamalka Lake, Okanagan Lake, and Swan Lake — the area around Vernon is serene, peaceful, and a great spot to kick back and relax. With several hikes around each lake and many guided tours available from Vernon for kayaking, canoeing, and boating on the major lakes, Vernon is a great destination for water lovers.
