Hi-Five

In a little window in Gastown, Six Acres partner Corben Winfield slings quality grilled cheese three nights a week. Working in a tiny space that used to be a landlord’s storage room, Winfield serves up grilled cheese ranging from the simple $3 toastie, to the $6 Art Basil, featuring gruyere and fontina cheese, basil, and honey. It might take a little looking to find, but it’s worth it for Winfield’s dedication alone.
