47-year old hispanic man deemed high-risk, wanted for offences

The Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man wanted province-wide for uttering threats and forcible confinement.

Pedro Perez-Garrido is a high risk offender wanted across the province after allegations he threatened a woman and held her against her will.

A BC-wide warrant has been issued for  Perez-Garrido’s arrest, after investigators attempts to locate him were unsuccessful.

Perez-Garrido is 47 years old, Hispanic, 6’1″ tall, 180 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a flower on his left calf and a tattoo of the Virgin Mary on his upper back.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Pedro Perez-Garrido, or sees him, is asked not to approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately.
