Whole Foods Market is recalling certain 365 Everyday Value brand Dark Chocolate Sandwich Crèmes because they may contain milk which is not declared on the label.

People with an allergy to milk should not consume the recalled products described below, which have been sold from Whole Foods Market locations in Ontario and may have been distributed nationally through Internet sales.

This recall was triggered by a recall in another country. There have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of these products in Canada at this time.

Still, you should check to see if you have the recalled products in your home. If you do, they should be thrown out or consumers should contact the store where the recalled products were purchased.

If you have a milk allergy, do not consume the recalled products as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to further recalls. If other high-risk products are recalled, the public will be notified through further Food Recall Warnings.
