The 2200 Kingsway site, bordered by Gladstone and 30th avenue has received a proposal for three, 14 floor towers reaching a maximum height of 45M. The project is one of two “large” sites identified in the Norquay Village plan and will mark the gateway to the Norquay Village neighbourhood.
The developer for this project is Westbank and the architect firm is Henriquez & Partners (masterminds behinds the Woodward’s building). When built this will be a welcome addition to Kingsway as it continues to change.
