The Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 21-year-old man wanted after failing to abide by the conditions of his parole.

Julian Halfe is on statutory release serving a federal sentence for robbery and assault. On September 25, he left the halfway house he was residing at contrary to the conditions of his release. A Canada-wide warrant has now been issued for his arrest.

Halfe has been assessed as a high risk to re-offend violently and is described as Aboriginal, 5’6″ tall, 143 lbs., short or shaved brown hair and brown eyes. Julian has several visible tattoos, including full sleeves on both arms, a full neck tattoo, and a teardrop under the left eye.

He was last seen wearing a baseball hat with a red “C” and red brim, a black hooded jacket with thin white stripe on the arms, dark baggy blue jeans, black shoes, and a black backpack.

Anyone who sees or has information regarding the whereabouts of Julian Halfe is asked not to approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately.
