2012 Honda Civic Comes out of Giant Cereal Box at the Vancouver Art Gallery!

We thought we had the mystery solved yesterday but BC Honda dealers had us all duped. The giant cereal box outside the Vancouver Art Gallery contained the highly anticipated release of the 2012 Honda Civic! It made its official BC launch in front of the steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery today at 11 a.m.

To celebrate the launch of Honda’s most iconic vehicle (I drive one myself), the BC Honda Dealers installed a 20 foot tall cereal box on the Georgia Street side of the building with a brand new 2012 Honda Civic as the “prize” spilling out of it. This unique launch taps into the idea that the ninth generation Civic is like a prize that you found inside of your cereal box as a kid and will make driving fun again. The structure will be up today and Sunday.

If you’re in the market to purchase a new compact vehicle go check out the temporary structure and chat with the street team. They will be offering a $300 rebate on the purchase or lease of a brand new 2012 Civic. Sales
reps from Honda dealerships throughout the Lower Mainland will also be in front of the Art Gallery to provide more additional information on the vehicle.
