This past weekend Vancouver anime fans were in heaven as the largest anime/cosplay convention rolled into town. Among the celebrities on site was prolific cosplayer Jessica Nigri (the blonde picture in the next two photos). Probably one of the world’s most famous cosplayers.
Downtown was full of cosplayers many of whom were dressed as Pikachu. It now makes sense why Vancouver will host the World Pokemon Championships next year. We are definitely an anime hotbed in the world.
