This year marks the 24th Pan Pacific Vancouver’s Christmas Wish Breakfast, one of the largest toy drives in the nation! The Hotel, once again alongside partners Global BC and JackFM bring a huge toy drive benefiting the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau on Wednesday, December 7, from 6am-9am.
The public is asked to bring down a toy to donate to needy children around the Christmas Holiday season. As a thank you to everyone who makes a donation, the hotel will offer a hot buffet breakfast from the Cafe Pacifica Restaurant. Having gone last year, I can say that the breakfast is amazing and the atmosphere will certainly get you in the Christmas mood.
Last year the hotel saw over 5,000 visitors come through the hotel. In total 27,000 toys and over $25,000 in cash donations was received. The Hotel served over 25,000 eggs, 20,000 sausages, 3,000 kilograms of potatoes and 5,000 croissants!
As a reminder please bring toys for teens as stuffed toys are always in abundance as everyone tends to bring those. Bring things for teens please.
