It wasn’t too long ago that Vancouver didn’t have fireworks for its Canada Day celebrations. Hell, the city didn’t even have  a formal celebration. Having finally realized how stupid that made the city look, they brought their A game last year. This year expect much of the same as the event  looks to build on last years success. The Canada Day Burrard Inlet Fireworks Show is a spectacular two barge fireworks extravaganza that caps off the day perfectly as it draws nearly 400,000 people from the surrounding communities.

The show is a unique multi-community event beginning at 10:30pm which allows guests from several communities to view the incredible display. The show is a perfect way to end the Canada Day street festival and parade celebrations at Canada Place, in West Vancouver and North Vancouver and throughout the surrounding communities.

Where: Canada Place and Vancouver Convention Centre
When: July 1st, 2010
Time: 10:30pm
What: Canada Day Fireworks Celebration 2010
