Two Vancouver home-made commercials have reached the semi-finals in a contest to have their ad aired during the NFL Super Bowl.

Vancouverites Nelson Talbot and Bradley Friesen entered their videos into the Doritos ‘Crash the Bowl’ contest which will choose five final entries from the current group of semi-finalists. Both videos are commercials for Doritos’ “For the Bold” campaign.

One winner will be chosen and will win a $1-million cash prize in addition to having their commercial aired during the Super Bowl next February. A second video will also be selected and will be awarded a $50,000 cash prize.
