Red Bull Thre3Style 2015: Canadian West Regional Qualifier

  • What: DJs from 22 countries around the world will be whittling down the contenders to find a representative to showcase their country’s DJ prowess at the World Finals.

FUSE at the Vancouver Art Gallery

  • What: Live performances in the Gallery spaces, DJs and unexpected surprises make FUSE Vancouver’s favourite art party—a place to see some of the best in local performance art, theatre, contemporary dance and music, plus take in the FUSE lounge located in the Courtroom Bars.

The Happy Show

  • What: One of the largest exhibitions in MOV’s 120-year history, this astonishing experience transcends the boundary between art and design. It takes over museum galleries and in-between spaces-stairwells, hallways, and restrooms-in order to ask: what makes us happy?
  • Where: Museum of Vancouver – 1100 Chestnut Street, Vancouver

City Bird Showdown: Feathers will Fly

  • What: A City Bird debate event between our city bird candidates. Biologists representing their candidate will argue why their candidate deserves to be Vancouver’s City Bird for this year.

  • When: Friday, April 24; 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Eastside Artists Company Craft Fair

  • What: Eastside Artist Company Craft Fair is a low barrier events where artists can sell their handmade work.
  • Where: Woodwards Atrium – 111 West Hastings St., Vancouver
  • When: Saturday, April 25; 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Keep Vancouver Spectacular’s 20th Anniversary!

  • What: Come enjoy the 20th Anniversary celebration of Keep Vancouver Spectacular, the City’s litter clean-up program. Join us at the north plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery for family-friendly activities including live music, trash puppetry, gardening 101, larger than life owls, and soccer activities featuring elite FIFA women’s soccer players!

Winter Farmers Market

Whitecaps FC vs. D.C. United

  • What: Whitecaps FC are back at home and kick off against D.C. United.

Cannery Farmers’ Market

  • What: The Cannery Farmers’ Market returns to Steveston from October to April, inside the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site.
  • Where: Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site – 12138 Fourth Avenue, Richmond
  • When: Sunday, April 26; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Vancouver’s Earth Day Parade and Celebration

  • What: We will be starting our parade on Grandview Hwy and Commercial Drive at 12:00 p.m., and marching up to Grandview Park where there will be a day of fun! There will be speakers, musicians, and booths. The event ends at 4:00 p.m.
  • Where: Grandview Park – Commercial Drive
  • When: Sunday, April 26; 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Hastings Park Farmers Market

  • What: A selection of local produce, nursery items, fish, meat & dairy, artisan prepared foods, baking and treats, the best in local crafts and food trucks.
  • Where: Hastings Park – 2901 E Hastings Street, Vancouver (Between the Forum and Agrodome)
  • When: Every Sunday until April 26; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Whitecaps FC 2 vs. Seattle Sounders 2

  • What: Whitecaps FC 2 play their second game at home and kick off against the Seattle Sounders 2.
