Yaletown has a little more NYC-chic to it with the newly revamped restaurant One Hundred Days. This pop-up restaurant is a limited edition establishment Vancouver – only in operation for 100 days until a permanent restaurant will take its place inside OPUS Hotel early next year. Local artist Vince Dumoulin has transformed the space into a raw, industrial vibe: splattered paint, picnic tables, and hanger-mobiles. This eclectic vibe is carried onto the menu. Why should you go?
