The Porsche Intelligence Grand Tour finished up a six-week run at Mission Raceway Park and showcased their line of Porsche Sports Cars, including five GTS models and two S E-Hybrids.
Over the course of two hours, drivers were invited to participate in a series of tests to experience the capabilities of the vehicle. These included slaloming through cones for steering, a breaking lane change manoeuvre (hitting the breaks at full throttle and then veering away from the target) and a lead and follow session to finish.
Porsche cars are capable of doing something that feels impossible. The car will take over and work its way through obstacles using a very intelligent system and weave through challenging bends effortlessly. Even the larger hybrid felt virtually weightless when faced with sharp turns.
The test cars included a Cayman GTS, Boxster GTS, 911 GTS, Cayenne GTS and Panamera GTS all in red, and a Cayenne Hybrid and Panamera Hybrid in white.
