FEATURED ON THE LISTED GUIDE
Prepare your stomachs (and your wallets!) because Surrey Fusion Festival is returning to Holland Park on July 20 and 21.
You won’t want to miss the festival — which has hosted over 100,000 people in the past (it is BC’s largest multicultural event). The event features 55 pavilions with food from all over the world, seven stages, and over 200 performers.
This year, the theme is “Something Sweet,” where all the food pavilions at the festival will be encouraged to offer at least one cultural dessert dish.
Here are some of the must-try foods at the festival this year to keep an eye out for:

The Cooking Stage, sponsored by Dished, will also feature live cooking demonstrations of desserts and other dishes. Learn culinary tips from top restaurant chefs from Surrey and Vancouver-based restaurants.
Admission is FREE for the entire two days of the festival, so you can save everything for the food. And that’s the most important thing of all.
