Looking to purchase a house in British Columbia for a bargain? Now is your chance as two heritages homes are on sale right now for $1 each in North Bend, across the Fraser River from Boston Bar.
There’s a catch though, if you purchases the properties you will have to keep the historic structure intact and cough up an estimated $100,000 in repairs.
The two residences were built by Canadian Pacific Railway employees in the early-1900s and have been vacant since the 1980s. Both houses are approximately 1,100 square feet in size.
Many interested buyers have already submitted offers but a deal isn’t expected to be signed until early spring.
