While new listings declined in Toronto in April, the selling price for all home types also dropped.

According to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), the price for homes decreased by 2.5%, with the average price being $881,424 in April 2020, compared to $904,199 in April 2019.

Home sales actually took a hit too, declining by 67% compared to April last year.

But homes are still being listed in and around the city.
