Who knew enjoying classic art pieces and breaking a sweat went hand in hand. Toronto’s Immersive van Gogh is switching up how you enjoy their exhibit.

Starting on August 13, registrations open for those of all fitness levels to sign up for Barre Flow classes, taking place in the Immersive van Gogh exhibit.

According to the release, each workout is “designed to challenge the body and inspire the mind” that goes along with the music, sounds, light, and moving images from van Gogh’s art pieces.

The exhibit recently added the world’s first drive-in feature to continue enjoying the exhibit while ensuring social distancing is in place due to the pandemic.

The drive-in exhibition will be extended until October 12.

As for the workout classes, each one is 40 minutes long and starts at 7:30 am on Friday mornings beginning August 21 until September 4.

To keep in check with current health regulations, each participant will have enough distance apart throughout the workout.

“Following each class, a thorough cleaning will be routinely conducted to allow a 90-minute break before the exhibition opens to the public for walk-ins,” reads their statement.

Classes cost $20 per person/session and are limited capacity. There is a potential for extended dates.
