A ginormous vegetarian food fest is coming to Toronto this week

Gear up, plant-people. Toronto’s Veg Food Fest returns to Toronto’s waterfront this week.
Billed as North America’s largest celebration of all things veg, the festival, presented by the Toronto Vegetarian Association, is attended by 40,000 visitors each year.

Taking place at the Harbourfront Centre, the event will run from September 6 to 8.
The multi-day affair promises more than 160 vendors dealing in all sorts of meatless eats and ethical goods, plus over 40 hours of presentations, workshops, speakers, and music curated by Toronto Downtown Jazz.

The line-up of participating food vendors is especially impressive and includes highlights like Chic Peas Veg, Cosmic Treats, Bunner’s, Tori’s Bakeshop, YamChops, and many more.
