Racist tirade in Richmond parking lot caught on video

A racist rant was captured on video on Friday afternoon in the parking lot of a shopping centre near No 3 Rd and Steveston Highway in Richmond.

The short, 15-second clip, begins with a middle-aged white woman walking between two cars.

“We don’t want you here ’cause you can’t drive,” the white woman says, before sticking out her tongue and making a sound.

The woman filming the encounter responds by pointing the camera at the two cars, showing the white woman’s Honda Civic across the line of the parking space, pressed up against the other car’s bumper.

“You see, you crossed the line,” the woman filming says.

The woman responds by repeating the words in a mocking tone, before launching into a vitriolic: “You don’t know a damn thing, go back to China where you belong. You f**king asshole. Chinky, chinky, China lady.”
